(7 hours adjustive technique credits)

Course 1

Saturday

 8am-1pm

X-Ray - New Frontiers in Whiplash
  • Radiographic anatomy and techniques

  • Age and gender-related radiographic findings.

  • Changes in the facet joints in relation to hyperextension trauma.

  • Evaluation of normal motion of the cervical spine.

  • Case studies of pathological cervical spine motion.

Course 2

Saturday

 2pm-9pm

Chiropractic Management of Upper Extremity Entrapment Syndromes

  • Thoracic outlet syndrome.

  • Intercostal neuralgia.

  • Supraclavicular nerve entrapment.

  • Quadrangular space and axillary nerve entrapment.

  • Pronator teres and carpal tunnel syndromes.

  • Median and ulnar nerve entrapments.

X-Ray - Spinal Disorders
  • Classification of spinal disorders

  • Disorders of the cervical spine: congenital disorders, arthritis, trauma, tumors and infection.

  • Disorders of the thoracic spine: arthritis, trauma, tumors and infection.

  • Disorders of the lumbar spine: congenital, arthritis, trauma, endocrine, metabolic, infection and tumor. 

  • Disorders of the pelvis: trauma, arthritis, endocrine and metabolic.

CE Renewal requirements

Chiropractic License Radiography Supervisor and Operator Permit
Expires: Annually at the end of your birth month Every two years.  Expiration date printed on permit
CE required: 12 hours, including 4 hours of adjustive technique.   10 hours of x-ray.

Life West is not responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants due to adjustments or cancellations.  A $50 processing fee will be charged for refunds when a registrant provides written notice of cancellation at least one (1) business day prior to the seminar start date. Registration is nonrefundable if the program for which it applies is conducted as scheduled; however, registration credit may be given for attendance at a similar program at a later time or at another location, minus a $25 transfer fee.
