To access a free copy of your annual credit report go to: www.annualcreditreport.com.

If you are requesting a credit profile by mail, you will need the following in writing:

• Full Name (Including any maiden name)
• Current Address and Previous Address for the last 5 years
• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth
• Copy of Drivers License or current bill with your name and current address
• Signature

Negative information may remain on your credit profile up to 10 years. However, inaccurate information can be investigated upon your request. If you feel that there is false and inaccurate information listed on your credit file, submit the enclosed Dispute form that came with your credit file to the agency for investigation. They are required by law to investigate the matter within 30 days of receiving your request. If your claims are valid, inaccurate information will be removed and a new copy of your credit file will be issued to you immediately.
