Transfer students who would like to receive financial aid should request a Financial Aid Packet from Life West. Students must complete the Financial Aid Data Form and the current year's FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be filed. Click on the button below to visit the FAFSA website:

If the FAFSA has already been filed, then a copy of the SAR (Student Aid Report) should be submitted (a duplicate of the SAR may be requested by contacting the federal office at 319-337-5665).
