Life West Library
Your online resource for health information.

The library is an effective learning environment for students, faculty, alumni, and visitors. Our experienced staff provides a full array of services, with these goals in mind:

  • to ensure that all graduates can access, evaluate, and use information effectively in their practice
  • to enhance the curriculum by providing materials, audiovisual production, and computer training to students and faculty
  • to support research and lifelong education in the chiropractic community
  • to serve as a source of information on chiropractic for the public
  • to cooperate with other libraries in order to expand services and promote the dissemination of knowledge

The library staff guides students and doctors in becoming proficient researchers of print materials, databases, and health science resources on the Web.  Developed in consultation with classroom and clinical instructors, the training program and our services build the information and computer literacy skills every doctor needs in practice.
