Create a workout based on the depicted exercises.  "From basic to advanced workouts, proper form is essential. Create your own workout depending on the amount of time you have and the equipment available to you."  Choose from the categories for agility and balance, arms, back, chest, core, legs, and shoulders. Exercises are both described and shown in photographs, and correction of common errors is explained. Downloads of a workout for exercises requiring a stability ball or a stretch band are available.
