Direct Loan Master Promissory Note

The link above will enable you to electronically sign the Master Promissory Note for the Federal Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loan and the Federal Direct Graduate PLUS  Loan. Do not e-sign the Graduate PLUS MPN loan unless directed to do so by the financial aid office.

• Sign in under Manage my Direct Loan
• Select Complete Master Promissory Note
• Select Subsidized/Unsubsidized

If you are first time borrower with Life West, at this same site you may also complete your Direct Loan Entrance Counseling. Federal regulations required that a borrower must complete entrance counseling.  This process will take 10 to 20 minutes and is required before funds will be disbursed to the college.

• Select Complete Entrance Counseling
• Select Graduate Student

Please Note: students who matriculated prior to July 2010 only need to complete this step if he/she is a first time borrower with the Federal Graduate PLUS loan.
